I love it here! Staff is amazing, community is clean and friendly. The food trucks are a plus. Pool is clean and makes you feel like you are on vacation. The gym is awesome and has everything you need and then some. This was the 5th apartment complex I looked at, and it wasn’t even a question how this community beats any other one here in Tradition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wanted to give an update. I had an issue yesterday that had to involve Kevin, who was absolutely amazing and so professional. He took his time to help me get my problem solved. Also, the maintenance man is absolutely amazing. They both helped me out with my issues immediately with no questions asked. We all worked together to get the issue resolved, and the great part about it is they were so attentive and willing to get it fixed immediately. You don’t find an apartment complex that helps you this quick. The staff that they have now, I hope never leaves. It’s so nice to live somewhere when you know they have your back. And are friendly about it. If you’re having second guesses of where to move, this is exactly where you need to be.

Visiting Alton was one of the best experiences that my husband and I have ever had. Ashlee was our tour guide and she was so kind, respectful and relatable. She answered all of our questions and was very open and honest! It is also a beautiful property, we toured the grounds and we looked at a 1/1 apartment. My husband and I started the process to rent an apartment from them that day because of how amazing our experience was. I highly recommend living and visiting Alton as a place to live! We could not be more excited to join the Alton family next month!
